The Pacejet support team is excited to announce a new interactive chat feature built right into the Help Center. Simply click Help in Pacejet, scroll to the bottom of any page, and look for the pop-up chat menu in the lower right-hand corner.

As part of regular system upgrades for security and maintenance patches, Pacejet has several upgrade windows scheduled for March 14, 2020 (Saturday) from 9pm-11pm EDT and March 21, 2020 (Saturday) from 9pm-11pm EDT.
Pacejet would like to introduce our new Help Center, launching tomorrow morning with availability to all our customers. Now have access to all our release notes, enhancements, carrier library information, and more all through your Pacejet portal.
