Introducing Pacejet's New Help Center

Pacejet would like to introduce our new Help Center, launching tomorrow morning with availability to all our customers. Now have access to all our release notes, enhancements, carrier library information, and more all through your Pacejet portal. Our enhanced design helps you find the answers you need quicker than ever before and helps you make changes on the fly to help update your shipping experience. Read on for more details. 

Our new and improved Help Center will make it easier for your team to navigate to find the answers they need to ship more efficiently within Pacejet.

To show you how to use this new tool, we created a quick video about how to use the new Pacejet Help Center. 


As a customer of Pacejet, you'll have access to real-time troubleshooting, carrier libraries, release notes, and more to help empower your daily usage of your Pacejet Shipping Software. 

How to Access

When you are looking for the new Help Center tomorrow, here's how you can find it within your Pacejet Portal: 

  • Login to your Pacejet Portal 
  • In the top right hand corner, click on 'Help' and it will direct you to the new Help Center tomorrow
